DNA and the Queen

Archaeologists using DNA testing said they have identified a mummy discovered more than a century ago as Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt's most powerful female pharoah. Her 22-year rule ended in 1453 B.C. and was the longest among ancient Egyptian queens.

I wondered about disturbing her and the power and light she must have carried in the world. She was famous then and she is famous now.

More it's the DNA testing that caught my attention and made me realize that the code that identifies this great queen is also inside each one of us with it's pattern, like a map, identifiying who it is we are - or are not as the case may be.

That there is a technology that allows us to peer into the devine make up of how every cell in the universe is delivered into this world. And that same technology can determine the linage of a Queen who lived so many centries ago. Pretty amazing.

Have you heard about the project that National Geographic is doing? https://www3.nationalgeographic.com/genographic/

Check it out! It's amazing to me what our bodies can tell us about our past.
