Go to the beach
Sit down a while
Look out across the sea
Before you know it
You'll find the reflection of time
Go out and sit in the sand
It's warm and the sun is hot
But the breeze is coming off
The edges of the deep blue water
The sand it has been warming itself there
for a billion years
Wait for the sun to
Cross over to the other side
The sea birds will descend soon
Dinner time!
The crabs run for their lives
The sun is sending the clouds into
A slow dance with moon
Shadows are making their way into the water
Dipping into dark blues over turquoise patches
The tops of the clouds turn into pink meringue
Got to the beach
Be charmed
All your disasters
Are nothing in the sea
Let the saltwater scour it away
