Learn at least some phrases of the country you visit:
Hello
Thank you
Please
I’m so sorry I don’t speak (fill in the blank)
Excuse me or pardon me
Rule no 183
If you are at all grateful for having the luxury of being able to see other parts of the world
Examine closely the currency - it’s full of stories and history if you look
Learn how to count the money of the country you are in
Become aquainted with the impact this paper has on the people you interact with
Rule no 210
Do not photograph people practicing their religion - unless you have been invited to do so
Rule no 211
Real life does not appear the same on a 3 by 5 piece of imagery placed in your scrap book-don’t forget to experience the place in real time (in doubt always go back to rule 210)
