If your not going to use your vacation may I have it?

So I read an article in the newspaper today that said two-thirds of the American work force feel overwhelmed by their jobs. Too many things to do and not enough "time" to do it all. Can't say NO to the *boss* cause you might be the next one laid off. I have been feeling the up-tick in stress levels in my own little work world and I work from home!

The article said that people have stopped taking any vacations because they don't feel they can leave their work. Side Note: You all that aren't taken vaca - please ask yourself - when you're 100 years old looking over the life you just had - do you think you would rather remember working late this past Tuesday night or the time you saw the Grand Canyon? Shopped in an open air market? Went camping? Took your kids swimming in the ocean?

The more I thought about it the more some things about what is going on the in the world became clear to me. Why do Americans have the blinders on about the "rest of the world"? It may be because they fail to go get out in "IT". Just a thought.
