Tomorrow things will be C L O S E D ...
That's what the local government/news web sites are saying-at least here in the town of Winter Park the city hall and schools are shut until Wilma takes a swim into the Atlantic. This just in - even the MOUSE is taking no chancesDisney World is closing tomorrow! Suddenly my Sunday calm has raised one terror alert color (maybe going from green to yellow)...
We are in the flight path for the big jets that land at MCO (for my CA pals who check my blog that's Orlando International Airport). Right now 8:40pm EST, the rain has started and we have some pretty awesome lightening going. Not too much wind. But the JETS ARE STILL LANDING (holy crap) I'm soooo glad I'm not on one of those planes. I pray for all those pilots, crew and passengers that they land safely. I'm a little shocked that the airport is still taken flights.
The patio furniture and plants have come inside to live in our tiny one-bedroom apt until Wilma crosses over.
